First Aid at Work

This course is designed to give the employer a larger coverage for first aid in his workplace where a risk assessment has determined that more trained personnel are required.

First aid is the immedaite assistance given to a casualty before an ambulance, doctor or other qualified personal arrives. Its aim is to preserve life, prevent the condition of the casulty from worsening, to promote recovery.

This course covers the practical skills needed by a first aider in the modern workplace. The course will give you the confidence and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.

This course can also undates the first aid skills for people who need to renew their statutory first aid work certificate and whose existing certificate is still valid.

Who should attend

Anyone who would like a comprehensive introduction to first aid, or anyone who would like these to safe peopel in an emergency. Or even nominated workplace First Aiders
